What is your wedding videography style and philosophy?
In accordance with our service-oriented philosophy, we will adjust our videography style to suit your needs and requirements. Depending on your preference, we can cover and edit your event sequentially or we can create a cinematic/documentary style presentation. Please talk to us before booking in order to determine you production preference and viability.

What kind of wedding videography packages do you offer?
Visit our the Exquisite Wedding Video Packages page for descriptions. The level of service included varies as a combination of number of cameras/videographers, hours of coverage, number of copies delivered, and additional edits.

Can we see samples of your work?
We would be delighted to have you as a guest in our studio to examine some of our recent work. Please call or e-mail to request an appointment.

Do you have the capacity to provide digital previewing for use in a private web site?
Yes, we provide you with a private space on our web site so you can preview the edited work.

How many video tapes will you use?
The number of video tapes required depends on the number of cameras used and the length of the video coverage.

Are you willing to visit the ceremony and reception sites before the wedding date?
Yes, we would like to have the opportunity to visit your wedding venue(s) so we can plan and make decisions about lighting, camera positions, and sound recording in advance.

Will you work from a list of events or people we would like you to record?
We will try to collect video footage of everyone attending your event. However, it is a good idea to provide us with a list of individuals that must be captured. You should also assign a person in charge of pointing out who those individuals are.

How much time will you spend at the reception and what is the cost of overtime?
The amount of time spent at the reception is stated in each of our Exquisite Wedding Video packages. Additional coverage is charged by the hour and the number of cameras to be used. Please inquire about the cost of overtime when booking.

How will your team dress for the occasion?
Our staff normally wears dark colored pants with a solid colored shirt with our business logo. Upon request, our staff will dress according to your type of wedding: business casual for informal weddings, coat and tie for semiformal weddings, and tuxedo for formal weddings. For the latter, the price of tuxedo rentals will be added to your bill.

Can we obtain the raw (un-edited) video of our wedding? What is the cost?
We own the copyright of every video we make. Buying the raw footage will normally cost you more than having it edited by us. In general, we may release semi-raw (some minor editing for quality assurance) only if this is requested and agreed in advance.

When can we expect to see the finished video?
Turnaround times range from two to six months and are affected by the length and complexity of your video. An estimated delivery date will be provided after the event has been recorded.

How will you record the sound from the wedding ceremony?
Sound is captured from a cordless lavalier as well as the camera mounted microphones. These sources provide a good balance of speech and ambient sound recording.

Can we get an itemized cost breakdown of the wedding video services?
Yes, your wedding video contract will itemize everything included in the selected package plus any additional services required.

What is your cancellation policy and payment schedule?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than two weeks before the wedding.

Do you offer package discounts for extra copies and highlight videos?
Yes, we include some deals in our packages. Additional volume discounts may also apply.

Are you willing to meet with our still photographer to coordinate strategy?
Definitely. Please provide us with the name and contacting information so we can arrange a meeting.
